Marco F. Bendinelli, the founding shareholder, established the firm on the principles of serving client needs and practicing law with excellence. He leads a team of legal talent and support staff, ensuring thorough attention to each case. His practice focuses on representing individuals and families who have suffered injury or death due to negligence. He has litigated cases across the country, achieving success in various personal injury cases including Semi-Truck, Wrongful Death, Insurance Bad Faith, Car Accident, Motorcycle, and Drunk Driving Victim cases. He is known for successfully obtaining large verdicts through numerous jury trials. Mr. Bendinelli earned his Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh and his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law, where he was a Law Review member and nationally published. He completed a Judicial Clerkship in the Federal District Court of Virginia, 4th district. He is active with the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, serving as a featured speaker and faculty for the Young Lawyers Division. He also volunteers at the Salvation Army, enjoys traveling, motorcycling, and is an accomplished musician.
