About Maria

Maria Gomez is an Associate Attorney at Jacoby & Meyers. Her legal journey began at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, leading to her admittance to the State Bar of California in 2013. Maria's desire to support those wrongfully injured was ignited during a law school internship, guiding her career focus ever since. At Jacoby & Meyers, Maria advocates for individuals with catastrophic injuries due to negligence, embodying commitment and empathy. Apart from being a member of the State Bar of California, she is also part of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. Her significant achievements include a landmark 5.5 million dollar verdict in 2019, marking one of Los Angeles's top personal injury settlements.
