Marianna Moliver, Esq. focuses her practice on domestic and international Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Probate/Administration of Estates and Trusts. She advises on wealth preservation, probate avoidance, estate and gift tax planning, elder law planning, family business planning, asset protection, and Estate Planning for Non-U.S. Citizens and Foreign Nationals. She also handles residential and commercial Real Estate transactions. Marianna received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. She is licensed in New York and New Jersey and speaks Russian fluently. She was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star in Estate Planning & Probate in 2014 and 2015.
