About Mario

Mario Solares is a dedicated personal injury litigation attorney at The Founders Law, where he advocates for individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. His practice focuses on a wide range of complex personal injury matters, including automobile collisions, wrongful death, premises liability, traumatic brain injuries, and catastrophic injuries. Mario began his legal career on the insurance defense side, representing major rideshare companies, national commercial automobile insurers, and homeowners insurance carriers. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of how insurance companies and corporate defendants evaluate and handle claims. He now uses this insight to strategically and aggressively represent the injured. His ability to anticipate defense tactics allows him to build stronger cases and pursue maximum compensation for his clients. As a Miami native, Mario is fluent in both English and Spanish, and he is passionate about serving Florida’s diverse communities with professionalism, compassion, and a relentless commitment to justice. Mario earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in Finance and International Business from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
