About Marjorie

Marjorie M. Dixon is an Ann Arbor native, and attended both undergraduate and law school at the University of Michigan. She was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1990. Ms. Dixon is a partner with the firm, specializing in business and real estate law. In her real estate practice, she has assisted many clients in buying, selling, and financing commercial properties, agricultural properties and homes. Ms. Dixon has developed expertise in both residential and commercial leasing, including ground leasing development. Her clients include manufacturing, technology, service and retail businesses, farmers, and developers of new projects. She is also pleased to regularly work with individuals buying or selling their home or vacation property, or investing in and leasing homes and apartments. In her business practice, Attorney Dixon routinely assists with the formation of new businesses, including limited liability companies and corporations. She is experienced in drafting and reviewing business and employment contracts, representing established businesses (manufacturing, retail, technology, medical/professional and service), and addressing human resources issues.
