About Mark

Mark A. Slack is a partner at Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti, & Rudnick, LLP, focusing on real estate and construction litigation, with an emphasis on construction lien law. With over 30 years of experience, he was a founding shareholder at Paulich, Slack & Wolff, P.A. Mark graduated from Drake University (J.D., 1983) and Wabash College (B.A., 1979). He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Florida in 1984 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1985. He received the Pro-bono Lawyer of the year in 1989 from the Collier County Bar Association and was named Member of the Year by the American Subcontractors Association of Collier County in 1992.
