About Mark

Mark Cashman is an attorney whose goal was to be a prosecutor, but his path changed after his father suffered a delay in cancer diagnosis. He became driven to fight for victims of medical negligence and serious personal injury, focusing on fairness and justice. He promises to listen, make voices heard, and do everything in his power to help victims of negligence, carelessness, or recklessness. He does not take cases based on size, only legal merit. He has extensive experience handling sensitive and complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases, having worked as a Trial Lawyer at nationally recognized firms, the Boston Office of the U.S. Attorney/Department of Justice, and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. He also clerked for Federal Judge Marianne B. Bowler.
