Attorney Mark Crimmins maintains a general practice in Fort Dodge, including Personal Injury, Real Estate, Probate, Wills and Estate Planning. Mark Crimmins is a native of Fort Dodge. Upon graduating from Creighton Law School in 1985, he returned to Fort Dodge. He initially worked as an Assistant Webster County Attorney and with the John Kirchner Law Office. In the Kirchner Law Office he focused on probate and real estate matters. Mark joined the firm that now bears his name in 1987 and became a partner in 1990. Since joining the firm, Mark has been involved in all aspects of the general practice firm including, but not limited to, criminal law, all aspects of civil litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, insurance defense work, personal injury, real estate, wills and estate planning, business disputes and contracts and all areas of trial practice. In addition, Mark acts as the City Attorney for the City of Fort Dodge as well as smaller municipalities in the Webster County area. His trial experience includes both civil and criminal trials in the District Courts of the State of Iowa as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. He also has a long history of experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. In addition to practicing law, Mark has been elected to the Iowa Central Community College Board of Trustees for over 20 years, having served as President of the Board for the past 16 years. He is also a member of the St. Edmond’s Catholic School Board and currently serves on the Webster County Board of Adjustment. Mark is on the Advisory Board of Northwest Bank in Fort Dodge.
