About Mark

Mark D. Fitzgerald has been licensed in Nebraska and South Dakota since 1984. Mark has extensive regional trial experience in state and federal courts in automobile, estate and trust litigation, products liability, and personal injury litigation. Mark also has extensive trial and appellate experience in construction law, contracts and commercial litigation, corporation, and business organization lawsuits. For twelve years, Mark served on the Nebraska Bar Commission, including two years as Chair. Mark is active in the Nebraska State Bar Association and served on its Executive Council and in other elected positions. He is a Fellow in the Nebraska State Bar Foundation, an honor bestowed annually based on integrity and character and distinction in the community. Mark was appointed by the Nebraska Supreme Court to serve on its Ethics Advisory Committee and is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. Since 1997, Mark has held the AV rating, the highest possible rating, from Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review service.
