Mark J. Schnitzler is the principal attorney of Schnitzler Law, LLC. His practice areas include wrongful death, personal injury, probate litigation, and all aspects of trusts and estates. He is known for aggressive and thoughtful strategies, achieving outstanding results in complicated cases. Mark's work in wrongful death and personal injury has been recognized by SuperLawyers®. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of the Probate Law Journal and participated in national mock trial competitions. He previously worked for a New York real estate firm, then as litigation counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and later at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker, LLP. He spent a decade as a Partner in the litigation and personal injury department at a prestigious Greenwich law firm. Mark is admitted to the bars of Connecticut and New York, and the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York. He is a former president of the Greenwich Bar Association and a member of the Connecticut and Fairfield County Bar Associations and the Town of Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers as Secretary of the Executive Board of Connecticut Rugby.
