Adept at every stage of the legal process, from negotiation to trial to appeal, Mr. Jenkinson has successfully litigated cases in WV and MD and has handled appeals before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He has won numerous trials in state and federal courts. Mr. Jenkinson began his legal career by studying law at Cardiff University, receiving his LL.B. He then passed the bar examinations in both WV and MD after successfully completing a course of study at West Virginia University College of Law. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, Maryland State Bar Association, WV Association of Justice (WVAJ), and the American Association of Justice (AAJ), and a former member of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association. He has been actively involved in his community for many years, doing volunteer work on behalf of people with disabilities across WV, including being a member of the West Virginia Statewide Independent Living Council and the West Virginia Developmental Disabilities Council, and the Potomac Center. In 2016, Mr. Jenkinson was named a West Virginia Bar Foundation Fellow.
