Mark W. Malzahn began his legal career as a prosecuting attorney. After a family member was severely injured in a car accident and experienced difficulties with the insurance company, he shifted his focus to representing personal injury victims. He has over 30 years of experience handling cases ranging from traumatic brain injuries to wrongful death, successfully securing recoveries against insurance companies and large corporations. Mr. Malzahn is a Civil Trial Specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association, a distinction held by less than 3% of Minnesota lawyers.
