About Marko

Marko Crespo is a Tampa Bay native who has lived in the area for 30 years. Marko is a proud graduate of Tampa Jesuit High School, Florida State University, and he received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. Marko currently lives in Land O’ Lakes with his wife Brittney and their two children. Marko began his legal career in 2016, working for a statewide workers’ compensation defense firm in Sarasota. He then returned to Tampa where he continued to defend employers and insurance companies for the next five years. Marko’s years of experience as a defense attorney has afforded him the opportunity to see how insurance companies evaluate and handle claims. Marko has seen injured workers denied workers’ compensation in an unjust manner and is dedicated to helping those involved in workplace accidents receive the benefits to which they are entitled. Marko has now dedicated his practice to the representation of injured workers’ and has successfully attended trials in pursuit of benefits for his clients. Marko is a member of Florida Workers Advocates, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Clearwater Bar Association, Tampa Hispanic Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, and the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. Marko is also fluent in Spanish.
