About Marsha

Marsha Breford is the firm’s Managing Senior Family Law Paralegal. She attended Montana State University and moved to Colorado in 1985, immediately beginning her legal education. Marsha received her Paralegal Certification from the University of Southern Colorado in 1990. With nearly 30 years dedicated to the legal profession, she specializes in family law and continuously furthers her education in this area. Marsha has spoken at seminars on complex retirement plans and was involved in a landmark Court decision establishing the coverture fraction for military pensions in Colorado. She has vast experience in financially complex divorces and complicated parental responsibility/relocation cases. Known for her warm and compassionate personality, Marsha assists families through emotionally difficult times, leading the family law team with her knowledge and experience. In her free time, she enjoys Colorado's outdoors, including snow sports, hiking, swimming, biking, camping, fishing, and golfing.
