About Marsha

Attorney Marsha V. Kazarosian is a Partner, inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) in 2024. She has been recognized as Lawyer of the Year in Personal Injury Litigation - Boston by Best Lawyers in America© in 2023, and again in 2024 for Civil Rights, Employment Law, and Plaintiffs Personal Injury Litigation. She has been identified as a Super Lawyer by New England Super Lawyers Magazine each year since 2006, and in 2024 was on the Top 50 Women Massachusetts Super Lawyers List and Top 100 Super Lawyers in Massachusetts. She is a Past President of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and continues to serve on its Executive Management Board. In 2021, she was honored with the MBA's Gold Medal Award and appointed as an inaugural member and Secretary of the Massachusetts Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Commission. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, the U.S. District Courts for MA and NH, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
