About Marshall

Marshall 'Tripp' Raucci joined Lynch & Pine in 2019 as the lead attorney in the Personal Injury Practice Group. He represents victims of medical malpractice and clients injured in various accidents, with a passion for victim's advocacy. He has litigated numerous injury cases to trial and verdict. Attorney Raucci also defends students in Title IX proceedings at colleges and universities across RI, MA, and CT. Prior to private practice, he completed a judicial clerkship with the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk Department from 2007-2008. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut state courts, as well as Federal District Court and the RI Court of Appeals. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in personal injury and medical malpractice from 2014 to 2018.
