Martha Griffin is an estate planning, probate, and tax attorney with two decades of experience representing high net worth clients, as well as individual and corporate fiduciaries. She advises on estate, gift, GST, and inheritance taxes, business succession planning, charitable giving, individual income tax matters, contract disputes, intellectual property issues, family law matters, and international tax issues. Martha graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in English and minors in Philosophy and Women’s Studies. She attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2003, and received her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 2010. She began her legal career (2003-2010) in New York City and returned to Lexington, Kentucky in 2011, joining the Firm as Of Counsel in 2018. She is licensed to practice in Kentucky (2011), Florida (2006), and New York (2004).
