Marvin Pederson has represented clients in civil litigation in Sonoma and surrounding counties since 1979. His areas of practice include personal injury, landlord/tenant law, probate, contracts, and real property. He is a graduate of Empire College of Law in Santa Rosa and has been a solo practitioner since 1984. He is licensed to practice in all of the Superior Courts of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He has served as a Settlement Conference Panelist for the Superior Court of Sonoma County for over 25 years and is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California.
