Mary Ann Hammel graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. She is counsel for and the manager of Commercial Title Company, LLC, Mid-Atlantic Title, LLC, Main Street Title, LLC and Chesapeake Title Company, LLC. Since 1992. Mary Ann's law practice has also been devoted to lender representation, loan documentation, conveyancing, residential construction and development transactions, and a variety of commercial transactions. Ms. Hammel handles all aspects of complicated commercial transactions, and related services such as entity formation and structuring, and asset transfers.
