About Matt

Matt was born in San Jose and grew up in the South Bay. He attended San Jose State University, where he met his wife. The two married a short time after graduation and immediately began raising a family. They moved to San Diego where Matt attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Matt is a relentless advocate and takes great honor in his role helping those who face difficult times after an injury or loss of a loved one. He previously worked for preeminent civil litigation insurance defense firms in San Francisco and Oakland. This experience has equipped him with a unique behind the scenes perspective of how insurance companies approach litigation, their evaluation process, and tactics. When Matt is not working, he enjoys fitness training and spending time with his family. He has two children attending Texas Christian University, so he frequently visits Ft. Worth and cheers on the Frogs.
