About Matthew
Matt is an associate at Lundy LLP. A graduate of Louisiana State University (B.A.) and the University of Mississippi School of Law (J.D., cum laude), Matt has been a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association since 2016. Prior to joining Lundy, Matt was a partner at a civil defense litigation firm in Baton Rouge where he represented business entities and individuals in a variety of casualty, commercial, insurance, property, and construction liability matters. Matt moved to the Lake Charles area and joined Lundy in early 2024. His general liability background affords him with a wide array of knowledge and experience litigating cases for residents and business owners throughout Louisiana. He has successfully represented clients through trial, Louisiana appellate courts, and the Louisiana Supreme Court. Matt’s primary practice areas include personal injury, toxic exposure, insurance litigation, New Home Warranty Act, non-compete litigation, construction, and complex commercial litigation. In his free time, Matt is an outdoorsman that enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and spending time with his wife, Emily.
