Matthew Boldt, son of founding partner David Boldt, joined Kirner & Boldt Co., L.P.A. after obtaining his license to practice law in Ohio in 2023. He earned his J.D. Cum Laude from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School. His practice focuses on estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, business law, and civil litigation.
