About Matthew

Matthew D. Swindle graduated summa cum laude from Harding University in 2007 and earned his J.D. with High Honors from William H. Bowen School of Law in 2012, ranking number one in his class. He worked with the Consumer Protection Division of the Arkansas Attorney General’s office. After clerking for the Arkansas Supreme Court, he taught at Harding University while maintaining a practice with Reddick Law. He returned to full-time practice in July 2022, focusing on nursing home abuse and neglect, appeals, class actions, civil rights, and deceptive trade practices cases.
