Matthew J. Duell is the Orange Team Lead focusing his practice on motor vehicle collisions, slip/trip and fall incidents, construction injuries, and municipal incidents. Mr. Duell is a tireless champion for his clients with an undefeated record as a trial attorney. With his over decade-long experience in the Supreme Courts of the State of New York and Federal Court, Mr. Duell’s hard work and dedication have earned his clients the compensation they so deeply deserve. Mr. Duell has also worked for personal injury insurance defense firms in and around the Five Boroughs and Long Island.
