Matthew Eliot Durham was born in 1983 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, Magna Cum Laude, from Eastern Kentucky University in 2005. He received his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in 2008. Admitted to practice in Kentucky in 2008, he joined Miller & Durham and became a partner in 2009. He practices in various District and Circuit Courts across Kentucky, as well as in United States District Court. His practice areas include General Practice, Domestic Relations, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Probate. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Hardin County Bar, and the Elizabethtown Kentucky AM Rotary.
