Mr. Anderson is an experienced business lawyer with a combination of expertise in legal practice and non-profit financial management. He has five years of legal practice representing clients before various government entities and in complex business negotiations and transactions. Matthew is proficient in navigating administrative rules, regulations and codes including those as complex as IRS tax law and US patent law. Matthew is skilled in negotiation and building legal solutions for businesses. Mr. Anderson has five years of experience as Treasurer of a mid-sized non-profit organization. This unique blend of legal and financial acumen provides clients with comprehensive and strategic counsel, ensuring both legal compliance and solution based representation. Matthew J. Anderson grew up in New Jersey (the garden state part) and now lives with his family in Fredericksburg. In his free time he enjoys hiking, boating, gardening, and DYI.
