About Matthew
Attorney Matthew J. Donnelly grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Grove City College in 2001 with a history major and pre-law concentration. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2004, earning the CALI Award for academic excellence in Appellate Practice and Procedure. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2004, he gained experience in various legal disciplines before joining Dallas W. Hartman, P.C. in 2008 to focus on workers’ compensation. His background as a workers’ compensation insurance defense attorney provides valuable insight. He is also a frequent nationwide lecturer and author for the National Business Institute. He has volunteered for the Mercer County Juvenile Advisory Council and coached youth soccer.
