Matthew R. Naparstek is a partner and personal injury trial attorney at Ehrlich & Naparstek, with extensive litigation experience, having tried over 140 cases to verdict. He represents clients in personal injury cases including slip/trip and falls, automobile accidents, ridesharing accidents, and wrongful death claims. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a degree in Finance and Florida State University College of Law in 2006. He served as an Assistant State Attorney for nearly 5 years and later represented insurance companies in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits from 2011 to 2017. He is also an avid cyclist and advocate for bicycle safety.
