Mr. Stagliano began his litigation career representing defendants and insurance companies in personal injury litigation across the State of New Jersey’s Courts. Since joining Gill & Chamas in 2009, he has gained substantial experience representing personal injury victims, and a reputation as a tenacious litigator. His experience representing defendants and insurance companies provides him with a unique & well-balanced perspective that aids him in prosecuting claims on behalf of wrongfully injured victims. Mr. Stagliano has successfully prosecuted over 100 six figure cases and close to a couple dozen seven figure cases in his more than a decade of professional experience with Gill & Chamas, ranging from disc herniations to broken bones, to torn ligaments, to wrongful deaths. He is highly skilled in the art of cross examining litigation experts, often fostering fair and reasonable settlements as a result. Mr. Stagliano is also highly specialized in the prosecution of traumatic brain injury claims and helping juries to understand and appropriately value this silent epidemic.
