Max Winchell serves as the in-house investigator for Williams Law Firm. His background with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation Office provides valuable support in case investigations, particularly concerning collisions and incidents. He is a graduate of Tell City High School, Vincennes University, and Indiana State University, and has completed training at the Indiana Conservation Officer Recruit School and Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. He has advanced training in various public safety and law enforcement areas, including scuba, public information, DWI detection, interview techniques, and forensic death investigation. He is involved in several organizations such as St. Ben’s Catholic Church, National Fraternal Order of Police Indiana Conservation Officers Lodge #201, and National Wild Turkey Federation.
