About Maxwell

Maxwell “Max” Kirchhoff is a partner at Western Justice Associates, where he dedicates his practice exclusively to civil litigation for plaintiffs. His work focuses on personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith, and class action lawsuits. A third-generation Montanan, Max was born and raised in Bozeman and has proudly represented clients from every corner of the state. He understands that most Montanans face an uphill battle when going up against powerful insurance companies and corporate wrongdoers. That’s why he fights relentlessly to secure the compensation his clients deserve-no matter the size of the case. Outside the courtroom, Max is often found hunting big game, cross-country skiing, lifting weights, or enjoying time with his wife, Austin, and his two sons, Beau and Reggie.
