About Melissa
Melissa Alexander's background, including her service in the Indiana Army National Guard and deployment to Afghanistan, has uniquely prepared her for her role as a veterans disability attorney. She understands the frustrations of the VA system firsthand and used her VA education benefits to attend law school. After graduating in 2017, she worked as a deputy prosecutor and with Indiana Legal Services before joining Woods & Woods. She is committed to helping veterans build strong cases and fostering deep connections, leveraging her military experience to advocate for them.
