About Melissa
Melissa S. Ali joined Grossman Attorneys At Law in 2013. She has been specializing in personal injury law since 2006 with experience in Medical Malpractice, Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, including Defense Base Act claims. Melissa provides support to all of the attorneys within the firm assisting with investigation, drafting documents, trial preparation and maintaining her clients’ files. While Melissa is a native of Trinidad and Tobago, she has lived most of her life here in South Florida. Obtaining her high school diploma at the age of 16, Melissa continued her education in computer engineering, but because of her passion for helping others, she decided to change the direction of her career to the legal industry. Melissa is dedicated to her work and creating relationships with the people she meets. Although Melissa is a hard worker, she also plays hard! Growing up on an island, Melissa is the true definition of an “Island Girl.” She loves nature and engaging in outdoor activities, for example: hiking, camping, fishing, swimming, or just relaxing at the beach. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jonathan, and daughter, Emily.
