About Michael

Michael represents clients in State and Federal Courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and also defends cases in private arbitration and mediation settings. He works closely with clients throughout all stages of litigation to obtain the most favorable results in each particular case. Recently, Michael has helped clients dismiss claims pertaining to an alleged motor vehicle accident through Preliminary Objections; dismiss a number of premises liability claims arising in settings such as supermarkets, parking lots, restaurants, convenience stores, and on snow-covered sidewalks through Summary Judgment; recover litigation expenses through Summary Judgment; and has earned favorable arbitration awards for clients in a number of vehicle accident and premises liability matters. During law school, Michael was a member of the Moot Court team and served as President of the Moot Court Honor Society during the 2014-15 academic year. He was also a law clerk for the Hon. Catherine Fitzpatrick, P.J.F.P., New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Mercer County, and a research assistant for Professor Craig Green at Temple University Beasley School of Law.
