About Michael

Michael H. Gregory joined Hagwood and Tipton as a shareholder in the Birmingham, Alabama office. Mike has twenty-five years of experience defending insurers and insureds in a wide range of civil matters throughout the state of Alabama and the Southeast. Mike has tried a variety of cases to verdict throughout Alabama - both jury and non-jury trial - including claims of medical malpractice, automobile negligence, contract disputes, and workers’ compensation. Mike’s work is primarily devoted to defending companies in premises liability, construction defect, trucking litigation, business disputes, identity theft and fraud, products liability, fraternal organization liability, outrage, and workers’ compensation claims. Mike provides his clients with guidance and advice on claims handling and pre-suit resolution of claims when appropriate and beneficial to the insured.
