Mr Motto has over 30 years experience in the practice of law, litigating civil cases in Iowa and Federal trial and appellate courts, dealing in multiple disciplines of the law, including civil litigation, personal injury, business litigation, professional negligence, property damage, workers compensation and its administrative agency, and arguments in the Iowa Appellate and Supreme Court.
