About Michael

Michael J. Soska, Jr. is the Managing Partner of Lundy Law's Delaware office and an experienced trial lawyer focusing on personal injury litigation. He has extensive litigation experience, including numerous bench and jury trials, in areas such as personal injury, commercial trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury, Dram Shop, products liability, and premises liability. He is licensed in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and has pro hac vice admissions in Maryland. Mr. Soska volunteers to represent domestic violence victims pro bono in Delaware. He was selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list (2016-2020), named a Top Attorney in Suburban Life Magazine (2019 & 2020), and honored as a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 (Plaintiff/Civil) in 2023 and 2024. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. Before practicing law, he served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army.
