Michael Livingston is an honors graduate of Harvard University and a member of the founding class at the Antioch School of Law. He specializes in litigation, focusing on medical negligence, major personal injuries, commercial disputes, insurance bad faith, and civil liberties. He has been recognized as Hawaii’s 'Lawyer of the Year' multiple times and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also a former Olympic rower and coach, inducted into the United States Rowing Hall of Fame.
