About Michael
Attorney Michael K. Martin has been a partner and trial attorney at Petruccelli, Martin & Haddow since 1995, litigating and mediating cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts for individuals, small businesses, and multinational corporations. Prior to joining PMH, Attorney Martin was an Assistant District Attorney in the York County District Attorney’s Office where he successfully prosecuted many criminal trials. Mike has spent the last 25 years successfully litigating large and small cases, from the simple to the complex, including those involving personal injury, insurance coverage, construction disputes, all types of commercial and real estate disputes, products liability, defamation, false imprisonment, and professional malpractice. Mike remains committed to professional and community service, having served as President of the University Of Maine School Of Law Alumni Association and as Treasurer of the Cumberland Bar Association for many years. He also sits on the Town of Cumberland Zoning Board of Appeals.
