Michael K. Pazdernik joined the firm in 2010. He is a civil litigator with over 36 years of experience, licensed in Arizona and California. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Long Beach in 1981 and a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego in 1985. He practiced civil litigation in Arizona from 1986 to 1990, focusing on commercial litigation and dental malpractice. In 1990, he moved to the Bay Area, specializing in professional liability defense, particularly dental malpractice. Since moving to Sacramento in 1991, his practice has emphasized medical/dental malpractice, plaintiff and defense, commercial litigation, and collection matters. Mr. Pazdernik is an active member of the State Bar of California, admitted to practice in California and Arizona. He regularly serves as a Pro Tem Judge in El Dorado and Sacramento Counties and is an active member of ABOTA.
