Michael L. Baker, with the firm since 1995, specializes in bankruptcy law, representing both individuals and financial institutions in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 cases. He has served as a Panel Chapter 7 Trustee since 1984 and is a founding member of the Bankruptcy Section of both the Northern Kentucky Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.
