About Michael
Michael L. Weiner is a seasoned personal injury lawyer and a longtime adjunct professor of law at William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where he taught product liability for over 20 years. He is actively involved in the Minnesota Association of Justice and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. Throughout his career, he has handled thousands of injury and death cases, including car collisions, plane crashes, railroad injuries, defective products, dog attacks, slip-and-falls, and industrial and construction accidents. He is also extensively involved in important appellate advocacy including recent landmark decisions at the Minnesota Supreme Court involving “insurance bad faith” and expert testimony and professional malpractice. Mike is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, and has chaired a number of committees and served on its Board of Governors. He is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education programs and has written numerous articles and law reviews for legal publications.
