About Michael
Michael Tobin graduated Rutgers College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1964. In 1967, Mr. Tobin received a Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. That same year he was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, before the United States court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1972, and before the United States Supreme court in 1971. Mr. Tobin has achieved an A.V. Rating from Martindale-Hubbell (highest rating available) and is a former captain in the United States Army Reserves, Judge Advocate General’s Detachment. Mr. Tobin specializes in plaintiff’s personal injury, products liability, and malpractice.
