About Michael

Mike joined the Army right out of High School, serving 4 years in the Infantry. Honorably discharged, he would go on to attend college while working full time, and as a Cavalry Scout in the TN National Guard, obtaining a BS in Logistics from UT Knoxville in 2000. Mike advanced in his career through different operations logistics roles, and around the 7 year mark, he started attending Nashville School of Law at night, becoming a bar member in 2011. Over the course of his career in Logistics, Mike was considered a subject matter expert on cargo claims, and Driver/DOT compliance at multiple organizations. As a former Corporate Warranty/Product Liability Manager , he handled contract negotiations, enforcement, mediations, and coordination with local outside counsel handling claims, across the US and Canada. He has also filed multiple Trademarks for organizations, protecting their reputation and brand. Mike enjoys woodworking, target shooting, deep sea fishing, hanging out with his grand-kids, and going to the beach with his wife.
