About Michael

Michael Taylor received his Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Psychology, from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. Michael then studied at Drake University Law School, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 2025, and was later admitted to the bar in the state of Iowa. In addition to his degree, Michael earned a certificate in Constitutional Law and Civil Rights. Prior to attending law school, Michael worked as a legal assistant in the Chicago area, at a firm specializing in criminal defense. While receiving his legal education, Michael clerked at Roxanne Conlin & Associates, P.C., assisting clients in the areas of civil and constitutional rights, employment discrimination, and personal injury. He also acted as a student attorney in Drake's Children's Rights Clinic, handling anything from guardianships to complex juvenile delinquency matters. Upon graduation, Michael was offered to join the firm as an Associate Attorney. Michael represents clients in all areas of the firm, including personal injury, civil and constitutional rights, and employment discrimination. Michael is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Iowa Association for Justice. In his free time, Michael enjoys watching sports and playing with his dog.
