Attorney Michael W. Sheehan has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1989. He represents lending institutions, businesses, and individuals in commercial transactions, residential financing, foreclosures, commercial workouts, bankruptcy, and collection litigation. He is on the Connecticut Standards of Title Committee for the Connecticut Bar Association. He has extensive courtroom experience, litigating thousands of cases and representing clients in numerous bankruptcy matters. He also advises municipal clients on financing, tax foreclosures, and real estate litigation. He holds an MBA and has prior experience with Connecticut's largest commercial lender. He is an instructor and counsel for the Center for Financial Training.
