Michaila M. Oliveira

About Michaila

Attorney Michaila M. Oliveira focuses her practice on personal injury, with a special interest in representing survivors of sexual assault and child sexual abuse. She is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire federal and state courts. She co-authored articles on childhood sexual assaults and their legal implications. Michaila regularly teaches continuing legal education courses and has served as an adjunct faculty member for the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Manchester Bar Association, the Executive Committee for the New Hampshire Association for Justice, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. She also advises the University of New Hampshire chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority.
