About Michele

Michele graduated cum laude from the University of Memphis, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in English in 1991 and a Master’s Degree in English in 1994. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University’s College of Law in 1997, where she was a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Review. Following law school, Michele began her legal career at Less, Getz & Lipman, PLC, where she represented a broad range of clients in the construction industry. She continued her construction litigation practice at The Hayden Law Firm in Germantown, Tennessee. Since then, Michele has built a diverse legal career, giving her the broad knowledge needed to address a wide range of client concerns. Michele’s dedication to helping others extends beyond the courtroom. In addition to her legal practice, Michele is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an expected graduation date of December 2026. Her ongoing studies reflect her deep commitment to helping others and her holistic approach to advocacy and client care. Michele is proud to serve as an Associate Attorney at Snider & Horner, PLLC in Germantown, Tennessee, where she continues to provide dedicated and comprehensive legal representation.
