Michelle D. Lee is a Senior Associate Attorney at Paré & Associates, LLC, where she concentrates her practice on family law and guardianship matters. Bergeris, a case that helped clarify the legal definition of cohabitation under Maryland law. In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Lee brings a strong background in tax law, which enhances her ability to handle the financial complexities involved in the division of marital assets, retirement accounts, and business interests during divorce proceedings. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
