Miguel Muñoz focuses his practice on business and corporate law, tax law, and estate planning. He began his practice in El Paso, Texas, gaining invaluable experience in complex cross-border transactions and international business structuring. His experience includes guiding acquisitions and divestitures of multimillion-dollar entities, managing intricate corporate transactions, and structuring entities for optimized estate planning. Miguel holds a B.S. degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Utah Tech University and a J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, where he served as president of the U of A’s chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and earned certificates in business litigation and business transactional law.
